The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver® First Aid with CPR and AED course teaches you how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, use an AED, and help someone who’s choking. You’ll also learn how to recognize and respond to serious medical, injury, and environmental emergencies.
This class is open to anyone who wants or needs to learn these lifesaving skills. After you complete the hands-on practice and pass the skills test, you’ll earn a Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED card that’s good for two years.
The class takes about 6 hours to complete. We also offer onsite training, just call us at (423) 405-3440 to schedule.
You’ll need to have the current textbook for this course. If you already have one or can access one before, during, and after class, you don’t need to buy another copy. We will have them available for purchase for $15.00.
