BLS Online + Hands-On Skills Session 

Need your American Heart Association BLS Provider card? Complete the HeartCode® BLS online course on your own schedule, then join Volunteer Revivers for the required hands-on skills session in Athens, Tennessee. 

HeartCode BLS lets you complete the online portion of your American Heart Association BLS training at your own pace. Through interactive lessons and real-world situations, you’ll learn how to recognize emergencies and provide high-quality CPR as an individual and as part of a team.

After finishing the online course, bring your completion certificate to your scheduled hands-on skills session with Volunteer Revivers. You’ll practice and demonstrate your BLS skills with an instructor.

This option is available for both first-time students and those renewing their BLS training. After you successfully complete both the online course and hands-on session, you’ll receive an AHA BLS Provider eCard.

How it works

1. Complete the HeartCode BLS online course.

2. Bring your online course completion certificate to your skills session.

3. Practice and demonstrate the required BLS skills with an instructor.

After you successfully complete both portions, you’ll receive an AHA BLS Provider eCard.

Please note: The skills session fee does not include the HeartCode BLS online course. You must complete the online course and bring your completion certificate before attending the skills session.
